Description

The Bridgedale Storm Lightweight Boot Sock is primarily knit from Merino Wool, known for its anti-bacterial, anti-odour and moisture management properties, the sock will keep your feet warm, dry and comfortable. The outer layer sock, made from nylon, protects the Hydrotech waterproof breathable membrane against abrasion from the boot. Lycra knit through every course gives the sock Bridgedale’s performance fit and together with the flat toe seam and elastic arch support ensure the sock remains in place and doesn’t cause any hotspots. The stretch PU membrane and clever matrix lamination process that bonds the three layers of Bridgedale’s Stormsock together ensure they have class leading stretch built right in, wear after wear.

WATERPROOF & BREATHABLE - Allows perspiration to pass to the outer layer of the sock while preventing outside water from getting inside. 15,000 MP / 10,000 WP.
WINDPROOF - Prevents wind chill, the lowering of body temperature due to the passing flow of cool air across the skin, exacerbated when skin is wet.
DURABLE OUTER - An extremely durable and long lasting outer sock protects the Waterproof Membrane against abrasion from the boot.
SHOCK ZONES - Advanced zonal padding system that provides extra support and comfort to areas of the foot and leg.
ELASTICATED ARCH - Keeps the sock locked in position. During wear this reduces the possibility of bunching and rucking which could cause irritation or blisters
FLAT TOE SEAM - An almost invisble toe seam closes the toe box creating a comfortable, flat seam that doesn’t create excess bulk or cause irritation.

Delivery

There are a range of carriage options to choose from during the checkout process, these will be appropriate for the order weight, size and postcode. An estimated delivery date will also be displayed with each option available. All our couriers collect by 5pm Monday to Friday only.

Please note all couriers aim to deliver in the timeframe stated however this is not a guarantee.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched and this will be followed by another from the courier with more tracking information.

Orders placed after 3pm, over weekends and Bank Holidays are not collected from us until the following working day.

We reserve the right to choose an alternative courier at dispatch in circumstances where your chosen courier is unlikely to achieve their expected delivery promise.

Returns

Return of clothing
All items of clothing must be in a perfect, resalable condition with all labels and tags still attached.

Return of footwear
Ideally all Footwear should be tried on and tested on a clean indoor surface. We will be unable to accept the return of any footwear that has been worn outside.

Do not apply any adhesive tape or returns labels to the outside of any product packaging (shoe box). When this occurs we will return the item to you.

Non-Returnable
There are some goods that we are unable to accept back if you have simply changed your mind, these include; climbing safety equipment, safety headwear (including climbing and snow sports helmets, harnesses etc), underwear, swimwear and consumables such as; food, other perishables and batteries.

Christmas Returns Period
Purchases on and after the 28th November can be returned to us by the 11th January 2026 for refund as per our normal returns policy.

Additional Information
The cost of returns is at the customers expense.

The returned item remains yours and responsibility for it remains with you until it reaches us. For this reason we recommend that you return your order using a recorded delivery method for security purposes and that the service you use covers the value of the goods against loss or damage.
