The Mountain Equipment Kedar Men’s Jacket is a high-performance waterproof shell built for fast-moving mountain activities. Made from 3-layer GORE-TEX Active 30D fabric, the Kedar Jacket delivers exceptional waterproof protection while remaining impressively breathable — ideal for intense pursuits where managing heat and moisture is key. Whether you’re tackling steep ascents, scrambling over rocky terrain, or moving quickly through variable weather, this jacket keeps you dry and comfortable throughout.

The Mountain Hood is fully adjustable for a close, secure fit that won’t shift in high winds, and it can be easily rolled away when not in use. The alpine fit, combined with articulated, pre-shaped sleeves, allows for unrestricted movement across technical ground.

Ventilation is built into the design with YKK® WR underarm pit zips and two large ventilated pockets, giving you quick ways to release excess heat during high-output activity. The pockets are positioned for easy access even when wearing a harness or backpack.

Additional features include a YKK® WR centre front zip for weather protection, adjustable laminated cuffs, and dual tether hem drawcords for sealing out the elements when the weather turns.

There are a range of carriage options to choose from during the checkout process, these will be appropriate for the order weight, size and postcode.  An estimated delivery date will also be displayed with each option available.  All our couriers collect by 5pm Monday to Friday only.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched and this will be followed by another from the courier with more tracking information.

Orders placed after 3pm, over weekends and Bank Holidays are not collected from us until the following working day.

Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the address entered at checkout.  

We reserve the right to choose an alternative courier at dispatch in circumstances where your chosen courier is unlikely to achieve their expected delivery promise.

Return of clothing
All items of clothing must be in a perfect, resalable condition with all labels and tags still attached.

Return of footwear
Ideally all Footwear should be tried on and tested on a clean indoor surface. We will be unable to accept the return of any footwear that has been worn outside.

Do not apply any adhesive tape or returns labels to the outside of any product packaging (shoe box). When this occurs we will return the item to you.

Non-Returnable
There are some goods that we are unable to accept back if you have simply changed your mind, these include; climbing safety equipment, safety headwear (including climbing and snow sports helmets, harnesses etc), underwear, swimwear and consumables such as; food, other perishables and batteries.

Christmas Returns Period
Purchases on and after the 28th November can be returned to us by the 11th January 2026 for refund as per our normal returns policy.

Additional Information
The cost of returns is at the customers expense.

The returned item remains yours and responsibility for it remains with you until it reaches us. For this reason we recommend that you return your order using a recorded delivery method for security purposes and that the service you use covers the value of the goods against loss or damage.
