Utilising GORE-TEX PRO in conjunction with a hard-wearing 80 denier face fabric throughout. This gives high levels of durability whilst maintaining the comfort and flexibility for all-day use.

It's Alpine fit removes excess fabric whilst ensuring complete freedom of movement and still allowing room for normal year-round layering. Mountain Equipment's renowned Mountain HC Hood gives exceptional protection in the very worst weather, accommodating a climbing helmet when required, easily adjusting to any situation. Large pockets and easy to use moulded YKKⓇ zips give easy access to essentials and laminated cuffs are sized to fit over a glove to seal out the worst weather.

There are a range of carriage options to choose from during the checkout process, these will be appropriate for the order weight, size and postcode.  An estimated delivery date will also be displayed with each option available.  All our couriers collect by 5pm Monday to Friday only.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched and this will be followed by another from the courier with more tracking information.

Orders placed after 3pm, over weekends and Bank Holidays are not collected from us until the following working day.

Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the address entered at checkout.  

We reserve the right to choose an alternative courier at dispatch in circumstances where your chosen courier is unlikely to achieve their expected delivery promise.

Return of clothing
All items of clothing must be in a perfect, resalable condition with all labels and tags still attached.

Return of footwear
Ideally all Footwear should be tried on and tested on a clean indoor surface. We will be unable to accept the return of any footwear that has been worn outside.

Do not apply any adhesive tape or returns labels to the outside of any product packaging (shoe box). When this occurs we will return the item to you.

Non-Returnable
There are some goods that we are unable to accept back if you have simply changed your mind, these include; climbing safety equipment, safety headwear (including climbing and snow sports helmets, harnesses etc), underwear, swimwear and consumables such as; food, other perishables and batteries.

Christmas Returns Period
Purchases on and after the 28th November can be returned to us by the 11th January 2026 for refund as per our normal returns policy.

Additional Information
The cost of returns is at the customers expense.

The returned item remains yours and responsibility for it remains with you until it reaches us. For this reason we recommend that you return your order using a recorded delivery method for security purposes and that the service you use covers the value of the goods against loss or damage.
