Our most popular jacket, the Lightline, sees use all over the world on every day of the year. From the summit of Kilimanjaro to Himalayan treks and freezing days in mountain towns, it’s a jacket that’s relied upon for warmth and protection as the temperature drops.

With 296g of high quality down fill in a size large it gives the insulation needed in the most exposed situations whilst retaining the packability for extended expeditions through fast changing conditions. All of our down is minimally treated and DOWN CODEX® approved, meaning it’s sourced through a carefully audited supply chain.

Lightweight and highly water resistant DRILITE® Loft outer fabric allows the down to loft to its full potential, providing maximum warmth while protecting it against melting snow, ice and pouring spindrift. DRILITE® Loft also offers complete wind resistance and excellent breathability, keeping you warm and comfortable. As with all jackets of this type it’s not waterproof but it thrives in sub-zero conditions.

The fully insulated Mountain Hood offers substantial extra warmth and protection but is easily removed for less serious adventures and the high collar and adjustable hem seal out icy winds.

Two hand warmer pockets thaw frozen fingers and there’s a further zipped internal pocket to keep crucial items secure.

There are a range of carriage options to choose from during the checkout process, these will be appropriate for the order weight, size and postcode.  An estimated delivery date will also be displayed with each option available.  All our couriers collect by 5pm Monday to Friday only.

Please note all couriers aim to deliver in the timeframe stated however this is not a guarantee.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched and this will be followed by another from the courier with more tracking information.

Orders placed after 3pm, over weekends and Bank Holidays are not collected from us until the following working day.

Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the address entered at checkout.  

We reserve the right to choose an alternative courier at dispatch in circumstances where your chosen courier is unlikely to achieve their expected delivery promise.

Return of clothing
All items of clothing must be in a perfect, resalable condition with all labels and tags still attached.

Return of footwear
Ideally all Footwear should be tried on and tested on a clean indoor surface. We will be unable to accept the return of any footwear that has been worn outside.

Do not apply any adhesive tape or returns labels to the outside of any product packaging (shoe box). When this occurs we will return the item to you.

Non-Returnable
There are some goods that we are unable to accept back if you have simply changed your mind, these include; climbing safety equipment, safety headwear (including climbing and snow sports helmets, harnesses etc), underwear, swimwear and consumables such as; food, other perishables and batteries.

Christmas Returns Period
Purchases on and after the 28th November can be returned to us by the 11th January 2026 for refund as per our normal returns policy.

Additional Information
The cost of returns is at the customers expense.

The returned item remains yours and responsibility for it remains with you until it reaches us. For this reason we recommend that you return your order using a recorded delivery method for security purposes and that the service you use covers the value of the goods against loss or damage.
