• INGREDIENTS: Wheat Spaghetti (Gluten), Canned Tomato (Tomato, Tomato Juice, Citric Acid (Acidity Regulator)), Onions, Tomato Puree, Minced Beef (8.2%), Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Cornflour, Sugar, Garlic, Italian Herb Mix (Oregano, Summer Savory, Basil, Thyme, Rosemary, Marjoram), Salt.
• PREPARATION: Remove the oxygen absorber (sachet) from inside the pouch. Add boiling water to the internal fill line 5 (450ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.
• REMARKS: Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer.
• The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic.
• Expedition Foods meals have a long shelf life of up to 5 years.

The Expedition Foods Spaghetti Bolognese combines beef in a bolognaise herb sauce with spaghetti to create a delicious and highly nutritious, lightweight, freeze dried meal.

There are a range of carriage options to choose from during the checkout process, these will be appropriate for the order weight, size and postcode.  An estimated delivery date will also be displayed with each option available.  All our couriers collect by 5pm Monday to Friday only.

Please note all couriers aim to deliver in the timeframe stated however this is not a guarantee.

Orders placed after 3pm, over weekends and Bank Holidays are not collected from us until the following working day.
